Exchange and return

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", every buyer has the right to exchange or return goods within 14 days after receiving them if they do not fit for any reason - they are not satisfied with the size, color, style or other characteristics.

According to Article 9 of this Law, the exchange of goods of good quality is possible only if the goods have not been used, their presentation, seals, labels and tags are preserved.

The exchange or return of goods is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The goods that have not been used (not worn, not used for photography or video) and have a preserved presentation, all labels and tags can be returned.

Please note that pre-owned goods (with wear marks, stains, or damage) are not eligible for return or exchange.

All costs associated with the return or exchange of goods are borne by the buyer.

Обмін товару здійснюється через службу доставки «Нова Пошта». Кошти будуть повернуті покупцеві протягом ~7-14 робочих днів з моменту отримання повернутого товару на реквізити, з яких була здійснена оплата. Для оформлення повернення товару необхідно заповнити заяву та вкласти її в посилку разом із товаром, що повертається.

Returned parcels issued by the customer with cash on delivery will not be accepted and will not be considered for a refund.
